I have no record of having subscribed to PC Magazine for several years. Could you tell me how I can find out about my present subscription service? If I am currently subscribed or have been in the past can you tell me how I can obtain the past issues which should have been sent to me? Charged me $19.99, showed up as ZDP*PC MAGAZINE. I haven't subscribed to them in 3 years or so. I wonder if this has been on - going? My bank says they will dispute the charge.
