I got this bill on my credit card so I contacted PPA*HSBILL.COM – at http://www.hsbill.com/contact.php I demanded that they cancel my fraudulent subscription and refund me immediately. I then got them to send me an email confirming that they'd fully refund me. They are disgusting scammers and had obtained my credit card details through fraudulent means - through phishing. I also reported the details of my dealings with these scamming scumbags to the police, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, as well as anti-fraud agencies in the US and Britain. I reported my case to the latter two agencies because the scammers listed an address in the UK and a US-based phone number on their site so it's likely that they're also scamming people in Britain and the US.
