I noticed that I've been charging them $10 this month and I want to know how they got my visa card info and how they I got involved. The last purchase with me visa card was in Staples Store on Danforth AV. at Victoria Park Subway (intersection of Victoria Park and Dunforth) - Toronto
I have had a few charges come out of my bank account that i did not authorize. I don't even know what this is, but on my bank statement it says: POS Purchase OPOS ESH*ESH*MOBILE PROTE855-5. I wish to have these transactions stopped.

It is a mobile protection service offered when you probably bought your phone. The customer service rep told me about it but did not go into detail. He said you can cancel it at any time but I'm not sure how.

Unauthorized bank debit going through my bank account. Amount is $11.29. I have just put a stop payment on this debit but it has been going on since August 18, 2016 and just cost me $12.50 bank charges and this company owes me $5.10 for August and $11.29 for Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec.
