I have received a charged of $30.01 for a ticket from e-dreams to fly to Barcelona. I have never booked a ticket to Barcelona and don't want to be charged with this. I don't know how these people got my credit card details, but will be following this up as I wish to have the money returned and don't wish to pay for things I haven't ordered or want

eDreams appeared on our corporate credit card for about AU$30. Had never even heard of this company before let alone booked anything there. We are in Australia - have never booked flights in or out of Spain/Barcelona. Credit card company refunded straight away and recognised them as a regularly occurring fraud scam.

Actually it is mostly in regard with a ticket bought for soemthing like Easyjet, and other companies you buy via dreams...do not worry, whenever I checked I found always an explanation, sometimes we forgot what we have order because it doesn't show the right name of the company ...they should make it more clear on the bill to not get confused because we get the bills almost one month later and we forgot :).

This is a scam by edreams who are clearly trying to scrape desperately needed cash from customers. There is no information on the edreams website about this 'prime' service on your account...whatever it is. I am safe because my bank has blocked edreams completely now but you need to dispute this payment with your own bank and get it reversed.

The problem of transaction I am facing right now with eDreams. Please find below the detailed explanations : On 17th June I made a reservation for Mru to Dxb, Dxb to Mru via edreams for amount of Rs 40,778.48 + a charge of Rs 807.31. The problem was that when I converted the price before booking it seemed okay, when I checked the deducted amount on juice it was more than I expected so I cancelled immediately. I believe I have just figured out what the charges are. You need to log in you're Edreams account, go to 'My Prime Account' and remove your card from the yearly subscription.

Hello! today i found 64,99 taken from my account too... I didn't bought any flights as well... I think its because of prime subscribtion after one month of trial it charges how I understand

My card was charged $99.99 from eDreams Barcelona. I think they accessed my card through Booking.com. I have not subscribed to them and now I can't figure out how to unsubscribe! They don't allow access to their website.

An unauthorized transaction for eDreams Barcelona Esp amounting to USD1,200 was declined by my credit card due to insufficient balance. There were two attempts. This happened after i booked tickets from AirAsia website.

my credit card has been charged amounting to P 2,321 pesos without my knowledge. how to report this.

I just booked and paid for a flight from paris with my credit card on 11/15/2023 and my statement also shows this amount. But exactly 1 month after booking the ticket, EDREAMS BARCELONA deducted another fee of nearly 60 euros without any reason! Who should I contact to ask this? please help me
