I saw this charge on my credit card statement yet I never conducted this transaction. It seems like it was done at a virtual terminal in Dubai yet I have never been there. PayPal and my bank are not being very helpful I am waiting for their response. I am 80% sure that it's fraud. The question is how did someone get credit card details of a card I only use on reliable websites, my internet security is also on point.
