I believe this is the monthly fee for the "Shop" service. It's a sneaky charge as it seems you have a free three-day trial, then they charge a nominal fee for 3 months, then they hit you with this charge without warning. (For residents of California, this is illegal. You must give consent to any subscription, it cannot be automatic)
