What is STEAMGAMES.COM BELLEVUE WA?

This transaction on my credit card from STRAMGAMES for $139.40 Along with 2 charges @ $138.97 from EIDOS HOOFDDROP. I DO NOT play online games. My bank has declared this fraud. BEWARE beautiful peeps!

I found 6 steamgames.com charges to my card this morning totaling $600. Luckily my bank will take care of it. I called the number and there is no way to speak to a person. Same with their website. This company is clearly a front for fraud. They probably sell games as well but their primary objective seems to be to steal as much money as they can, make it look like an accident, and if no one catches it then off to the bank they go. You people who are defending them need to think about who processes the card numbers? where does the money go? this is not a gamer problem (that’s what they hope you will think) it is an absence of morals problem with steam games itself!! The fact that so many people have complained about this and contacted their banks but the government/FBI has not done anything about it for more than three years tells you a lot about the state of our society!! It is not enough to just call your bank. YOU NEED TO FILE A REPORT WITH YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY AND/OR FBI OFFICE - DO IT TODAY!!! Look at the list at the bottom of this page!! It is enough to make you throw something! The Banks are not going to do anything about it and these creeps know it, that's why they keep doing it and why the list of victims continues to grow and grow. Sites like this need to be actively engaged in stopping fraud not just taking comments from those who have been defrauded! What is the point in that? There isn't one!

2 different charges of $100!

Went to pay bills today and lo and behold, there were 2 charges each 100.00 taken from me. Now I cannot pay my bills! This better get fixed!

Charges were made twice I've never bought anything from this stupid website!

Just got a call this morning from the bank company and they said that there was report of a fraud from the name of the company from above, they tried to empty my whole bank account! Luckily I’m flat broke and they charged way over my limit so my company noticed, now I have to wait a week for a new card and to be placed with the amount that they stole from me.this is the first fraud I ever faced and I’m only 20.

I justed saw 2 transactions relative to this on my bank statement each of $100. But I got $100 back. They are on pending. Should I report to bank or wait to see they send me back another $100? Anyone think I got hacked? and they may affect to further unknown transactions in future?

I bought a game on Steam, then checked my card and somehow this other similar company charged me the exact same amount. I almost didn't notice.

I have charges on my paypal account 3 charges I did not know about these charges until I checked my paypal account

Fraudulent charge on my bank account - 3 messages left (you can't reach a live person in billing) and no calls back. Will be contacting the Washington State Better Business Bureau by end of day if they don't call me back.

Just got a new Mastercard because of a fraudulent charge on my old number. Not 2 weeks later on a Sunday got a $100 charge from Steamgames.com of Bellevue, WA. Called CITI to report this was not my charge! CITI gave me the merchant number of 425-889-9642 but of course on a Sunday all you can do is leave a message. However, their voicemail options include if you have a question about a charge on your credit card, including fraudulent ones. Will call them back as well as follow through with disputing this charge through CITI. BEWARE and be alert at all times so you know what is being charged to your card. Hackers are getting better and its frustrating to have to continually cancel a card and get a new number only to have it happen again and again.

My card was charged $900. I got the alert as soon as it happened. Call the credit card and I was told not to worry they will not pay and will issue me a new card. FBI should investigate this company for these illegal activities.

Steam games is a online platform of which people can purchase games and/or game products. In order for them to charge onto your card, someone would have needed access to your credit/debit card's full information including your [card number, security code, expiration date, name on the card, address, zip code and phone number for said card]. Very rarely is there fraud unless you manage to have all of the information above stolen. Charges would most likely stem from either yourself or your child, etc. Its generally not fraud unless you live alone and have never interacted with the platform.

I'm not sure exactly what's going on here, but my card got charged once for $1.19 and another time for $2.24, and although this isn't as bad as some of the other people that I see on here, I don't want it to get worse than it already is.

Fraudulent charges. Attempted 4 times; on the 4th the bank processed a non-approved charge-- at least not approved by me. Never even heard of 'em. Bank's dealing with it, but still filing a police report as well as an FBI report as it is interstate theft. Maybe if more people did so, this company would exercise some caution.

This the 2nd time this company charges my account. I have NO idea how this Company is getting a hold of my CC. Although the charges were very low, I have NO clue how they were able to steal my CC number. Ive tried calling the number, and NOT to my surprise, no one picks up the phone nor is there a VM to leave a message. We need to put an end to this SCAM! My Bank is opening up an investigation and they told me that I would NOT be responsible for the fraudulent charges. Enough is Enough!
