My Toronto bank a softmoc 87 dollar fake charge 20 June
1 fake transaction on softmoc 8464 Whitby 67.79
I am charged $135 something. Even I didn't use the card and didn't purchase anything. So i want you to refund me as soon as possible.

Also had two charges from SoftMoc on my CC which were not mine. Reported it and was issued a new CC.
Had multiple fraudulent charges from soft moc (never purchased anything from there). reported it to CC and they are investigating

Charged CC $101.69 on May 16, 2020. Bank blocked card, cancelled, and issued new card. Under investigation.

Fraudulent transactions by SOFTMOC 8464. I've never been to whitby, never ordered from them online as well. My bank blocked it but it is clear that someone at softmoc is doing this or using their name. This needs to be investigated.
Five (5) unauthorized transactions by SOFTMOC 8464 WHITBY CA, total of almost $1,000 CAD. Reported to Softmoc customer service but they were unhelpful and defensive, saying there is nothing wrong on their end. Couldn't explain why I did not receive order confirmation emails on any of these so called orders on mine. Somebody please investigate Softmoc. Looks like there is internal fraud happening within this company.

an attempt was made on my credit card. looked up the business on google maps and looks very sketchy...I have never been to this place and I would not be surprised if this place wasn't actually a warehouse and is not actually associated with softmoc and is a fake business selling stolen goods or is laundering money.
Happened to me today. It’s Fraud. Going on 2 years now. Obviously large scale and SoftMoc is in on it.

Noticed $564 spent at Softmoc 8464 Whitby ON. I live in BC so I was super confused. This happened yesterday and was lucky to have caught this the same day. Complete fraud.

Two charges today on my CC - both over $450 and I don't live in Whitby. Reported to my CC for fraudulent charges.
SOFTMOC 8464 charge found on my CC. Fraud reported to CC company- cancelled CC. I have also reported this to the RCMP and DRPS - as should everyone with this charge. SoftMoc isn't going to do anything about this. Reporting it to the proper authorities is the only way to get it investigated. The more people who report, the better the chances are that they will take them seriously and actually look into it.
On my visa account.....I have found 3 days later.....calling bank now!!!!! &^%$!!!!
Two charges 2 days ago - one for $293 and one for $324. It's pathetic to find out that this store has been used as a fraud vector so many times in the past. Are they cloning the credit cards or is Softmoc just accepting credit card numbers on a napkin??
