July 7 2025 I see this charge on my CIBC Select Visa Card $26.20 Canadian and I know nothing about it so I call CIBC to say this is a scam dont pay it bla bla so they forward me to fraud dept and I'm told "well I've gone back a number of years and see its recurring so it doesnt look like a scam it looks like you don't remember" and I'm told to contact MyIdentity and enquire and I've emailed and response was to call and I have today and the number they provided was Identity Assist not MyIdentityAssist the fellow said but that he would transfer me and well the transfer didnt connect or I was hung up on. Now I see this re CIBC and all the people that dont remember like I I'll be calling CIBC back and telling them I dont remember because I have nothing to remember you did this not I. Refund my money!!!
