Hi. I have found most of the google moon active payments are for google play "in-app" purchases. I think the app called "Coin Master" is the one taking the money. Please check the next time you play coin master and if you make a purchase for coins or other virtual gifts, check again on paypal see if the amount ties up to your purchase against 'google moon active'
