Bonjour, j'aimerais savoir effectivement pourquoi (et comment) ma carte VISA a été utilisée pour un payement de 49,99€ sans que je n'aie de facture pour ces frais. Je veux une facture pour mes frais généraux, et surtout, savoir pourquoi ce payement a été fait malgré moi le 15 juillet sans avis préalable. Merci.

Look at your bank account online and you will probably see more information on the transaction, and name of the company you made a purchase from.
