Yes, it's fraudulent. I had charges too. I looked it up, saw this post and called my credit card company. My card was cancelled and replaced with a new one.
I was charged this legitimately for buying tickets to the All Hambre (old moorish fort and palace, a tourist attraction) in Granada Spain.
