I recently purchased some pyjamas from M & S which were £15. I know have noticed on my credit card account at the very same time as i ordered via my debit card a payment of £25 . Marks and sparks have denied they have taken this as I thought at first they had charged this for the jama's. But instead this is what I see;07 Nov Marks&Spencer Plc Saca Sheffield GBR on 06 Nov 25.00. Does anyone know what this is and how did they get hold of my credit card details.
i registered myself on mark and spencer.after that money have been deducted twice from my account . i dont know how they got my debit card information ..
I had a charge of £12.80 From Marks and Spencer added when i made a purchase from them
I was charged twice for goods that came to £15.00 and paid for by Debit card, with tap & go.(saca) M&S have not been very helpful and suggested I contact my bank, not good customer service !!
I have not purchased absolutely anything from Marks & Spencer Saca and yet, without my knowledge and authorization, 0.50 pence has been taken from my current account. It may or may not be a lot, but the fact that without people's permission an amount, larger or smaller is taken out of people's account is absolutely disgraceful, unacceptable and most certainly illegal !!
what is this charge for and why!
I registered myself and now they have cut £20, plz can you do something about it
SACA means Semi-Attended Cardholder Activated Terminal ie you paid at a self-checkout. Funny thing is it doesn’t always say that at every self-checkout.
