First hit my card for 1.95 on 3/3/23 then a week later it tried to take 39.90 and the bank locked up my card.

My card was charged the $39.90 on 3/28 this is a scam. I'm not in Barcelona
Charged me 1.95 immediately after I authorized 1.95 on a legal documents website for a 7-day trial (in order to make a lease for a rental property which is nowhere near Barcelona). My bank alerted me and I alerted the legal documents website. We will see if they attempt to charge me 39.90.
Showed on my account for $1.97 on 3/26. Reported it as fraud before any other transaction occurred

Never use the credit card online only local. Pretty sure ceditonebank information was hacked and stolen by a foreigner in Spain and they began to use BB -WILL BE BARCELONA to receive funds.
I am trying to dispute this charge. Charged 1.95 then 39.90. What is this charge for?
