My parents are upset about the same charges they are seeing, and still seeing even after they canceled one credit card and obtained a new card. I believe Citibank is investigating but hasn't reached a conclusion yet. My parents are concerned they are the victim of someone fraudulently posing to be affiliated with their cable or phone provider to whom they disclosed some information including their credit card number.
