I SAW this on my creditcard. Over 100euro was redrawn from my card. I do not use paypal and therefore found this as a worning sign right away and have now booked my bank card to avoid more money being taken from me. I will report this as theft because I don't ow anyone on paypal any money and this dos not make sense. I was in Paris when this happend.
