These people charged me £71 to do an on line 10 year renew to my driving licence (which the DVLA charge about £20.) Obviously I did not check properly that the web site was a GOV.UK site but I am convinced that it was so it must have been pretty similar. I got my new licence but feel stupid that I used this crowd. All they do is get you to fill in exactly the same form as presented by the DVLA so I fail to see what the additional service is except SCAM Of course the root cause of these types of problems is Google who allow companies (often scaming companies) to apear at the top of the search outcomes with a tiny little flag saying ad. It is not enough. If the search is for a governmet agency then the GOV.UK website or sites should be first up on the search outcomes.
