I just found the same charge code. Figured out it's the London Regional Veterinary Emergency Regional Hosptial at 41 Adelaide Street in London, ON. Hope that helps!

It's annoying that the codes aren't a little more obvious. Now if could just figure out why i paid $143.53 to "PP*CondeNast 8008252510 NY"...
