$360 AUD purchase on my visa, says 229.05 eur
I have not been supplied with the goods. No message from them. I'm worried aboutit. Is it a scam? I don't know!!
I had a charge of 229.05 Euro from LPN_V3 DNIPROPETROV on Sept 20th 2016. No idea what it is. Bank says its a financial institution in the Ukraine. I've disputed the charge and cancelled my credit card.
The only thing i recall buying from the uk was a vedio game code and it was only 12$ not 256$ this was definitely a frad charge.
I found a charge from them on my visa bill from September 14... $256. I cancelled card and am disputing.
I paid £195.10 I have not received the books that I ordered. I have asked them to refund the money. No reply to my email. What should I do to get my money back?
