I had service with Gaptel in vancouver for few years, the quality of service was always at best poor. Line would get disconnected or no connection at busy times (also have common line with one or more users at the same time!!!!). Finally about 8 month ago I called to cancel which they said ok and that was it. I was going through my visa bill last night and was stunned to find out Gaptel is charged to my card and after going through my bills for last few month, saw that the charge been there every single month. Of course is my short coming not to check my credit card report but that doesn't give a right to CROOKES to do whatever they want.
