This charge is from a company that produces, in Canada, daily, weekly, and monthly planners. It's trade name is Blueline. I bought a Time Manager Planifi-action weekly planner. If you did business with this company, the charge is legit.
Mine was from blueline as well. Planners and receipt books as well
I did not place any orders with this company yet a charge of $38 was applied to my visa
