I have no idea why this is charged to me every month.
I also have had this charge before. I reported it to BMO, but it was so lonmg ago I don't recall what the action was. I believe it was "Don't pay it".
That is where I pay for my local paper subscription.

This was a legitimate charge for a 2 yr. Subscription to my hometown newspaper.
