I have been charged $11.85 on my credit card each month for a while now from Aldershot HM HWR #1349, I Have no idea where this comes from because I don't use such Highways were you have to pay, actually I have not traveled outside the city where I Live in a long time, How do they know my present address since I moved to this address a short time ago?
