I have no idea what is airsia ec moto sepang but my money has been deducted from it for unknown reasons
It is a charge from AirAsia. I saw a charge for $8.13 USD on my credit card. I recently flew on AirAsia, but I have no explanation for this added on charge. But AirAsia I flew out on is based in Philippines, so I would not be surprised if it is not just more thieivery.

I just came from Malaysia and at the Air Asia counter they had to charge me a fee for not checking in my luggage online. Therefore with their currency to the dollar it came to this amount.

This should be charges at the AirAsia Service/Sales Counter for transactions that cannot be performed on AirAsia website.
