No transaction under your surname (Macklin) has ever been processed on our vendor account in the past 6 years, and your name is not in our list of clients. If your card is issued under a different surname or perhaps your maiden name, please provide that surname, with the charge details including date, amount and the transaction number. The charge would have been for service to an Epson product, so if you had one, please provide the details. Thanks! Mark
