I had a Paypal charge of about 280€ when I charged an order with Giordano Vins (wine company, in Alba, Italy). It was all completely legitimate. G V Spa is probably the company to whom the charge was made, stands for Giordano Vins Spa (the Italian version of Ltd, meaning limited company. Nothing to do with watery spas!
