Most likely: "Vodafoon Winkel" = 'Vodaphone Shop', e.g. if you bought a SIM card in Amsterdam. If you didn't buy from Vodafone Amsterdam... Well then it's a fraud.
I got this also on my bank statement and it was a payment. Supposedly i made in holland while im in vietnam ?
