i was looking at my bank account and $19.99 was charged without my knowledge
It is Ticketmaster.
Thanks Patty, I got this charge from a local box office - don't think it was ticketmaster specifically in my case, but a ticket nonetheless.
I have a unknown (to me) ticketmaster $111.00 charge that, according to my bank, was executed when I was at a dance performance... so it is NOT my purchase. According to my bank, I have to report this charge to the police in order to have the bank investigate it. And Ticketmaster refers to the Canada Fraud Centre... I have never had a response from them ever about any scam I've reported. I can see that my only recourse is to the police.
