Received this charge on my credit card on Sept.5,2016 for $95.99. Don't know what it's for. Disputed the charge w/ card company, & received a refund. Later, a second charge appeared on my statement for the same amount. The card company said they eventually received a "valid" receipt from Software AE, but they couldn't tell me what product it was for. Hmmmmm?? When I called the phone # on the statement for Software AE Inc., it was answered by a lady who said it was her private cell # and that she had received several calls like mine. She didn't know anything about Software AE. I shall continue to research this.
Bogus! Let's just hope Bank of America disputes it. They told me to call and woke up a young lady that has no idea. (Let's hope!)
I tried to purchase an Microsoft office and was charged by the same name. However, I have not received any confirmation email and activation code so that I think it is a scam.

They sell computer software downloads that are supposed to last forever but expire after one month
I purchased Microsoft Office 2016 from this company. Today I received a message that my copy is not activated. I tried to activate it, unsuccessfully. I called Microsoft. They have no record of it. I called the number on ;my credit card and it is disconnected. I have disputed the charge with my bank.
