Acharge of $76.78 was charged to me using a credit card's last four numbers 8227. I caught it on my bank statement and called the Fraud Dept of my bank. I do not have a credit card with these numbers. The bank will refund me!! I do not know the source of the charge, but it is not mine!!!

They do not charge the buyers, only the sellers pay a fee. Therefore, somewhere in the world a person has your card information and is purchasing books from them. If someone is making unauthorized charges on your credit card, you need to contact the number on the back of your card immediately and report it. If you wait too long VISA will decline to refund your money.
Same thing here caught mine on time better be watching all your accounts my identity was stolen about 3 weeks ago better get all your !$^# reported to the credit agencies
