It's from the Duty Free at the Airport :)
It's the Duty Free shop at Beijing international airport.
My credit card was charge by RISHANG MIANSHUI on July 6th. I am certain that I did not use my card for anything at all! This is fraud.
Its the payment at the duty free shop
