This may be for a subscription to PDF Architect? Mine shows "software" where yours shows PDF. U-Bill just does the third-party credit card processing (like PayPal) for companies so it doesn't show up as the one you are paying for the actual product. Mine was legit after I looked into it. If *you* didn't charge it, check among the family. The software company is a legit company and not trying to steal your money.
