Same problem as Mr. Henderson above. Paid to unlock my Blu Tank xtreme pro on Jan.7 2019 and all I got was a claim that I didn't pay. I paid them through paypal so I am opening a dispute. Also calling my bank in the morning. Stay away. Their responses clearly show they use this technique as a business model.
