I was just looking for an explanation for the charge on my card as well. It is actually a website called Nova rhinestones. Novarhinestones.com heat transfer vinyl and paper, other craft products.
I had a mystery charge from them too, but figured out that they are also the seller NovaRhinestoneDepot on Ebay. I couldn't find the charge in my Paypal account for some reason, but I did find the Ebay receipt.
