As far as I can tell this is a Chinese eBay retailer. I bought a "new" 'phone from them for my daughter. She had problems with it and when she took it to a service center they told her that only the screen was new. When I contacted cell-plaza they told me I would have to return the 'phone to Hong Kong, then that changed to mainland China and their latest bull is that they are based in Italy.
