I got this when I bought some things on eBay, using their direct paypal connection rather than logging into paypal and going that way
Hello We had the same transaction reference on our credit card. I investigated and we had bought some swabs from an eBay trader called '42ltd' who seem to sell safety and workshop consumables like ear buds and squeegees. https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/42ltd/m.html?ssPageName=&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2654 I would therefore say this was a legitimate transaction.
