I purchased a map update thru this company for my vehicle on 27 Jun 2016. It is now a month later and haven't received any product.
I recently bought a GoPro camera online, and it seems moduslink was the merchant processing it

I have a charge on my credit card statement for $160.18, from HERE MAPS MODUSLINK and I don't know what it is for. I tried calling the phone number listed and it was no longer in service. (801-431-3119 UT]
It's a charge for purchase of updated navigation CD for your vehicle. The charge gets applied to the credit card when the CD is about to ship. I purchased mine on 8/16 the charge hit my card just today 8/30 shortly after my shipment info was emailed to me. My navigation system purchased through Acura but the company is Here Maps Moduslink.

Hey all.. Well, after a trip down to Mesquite NV, I found that my Ford Navigation needed updating so i went through this exact site Here Maps ModusLink, UT on Oct 5th, 2018 , for a Navigation update on my Ford Taurus. I had absolutely NO PROBLEM what so ever in receiving my up date chip for my Taurus Navigation. So, was I "lucky" I got it or are you guys all talking about some one/where else? Pete :-)
OOPS, guys..I'm sorry, but I just found my Invoice regarding my Ford Taurus Navigation Update chip and it came for HERE,LLC Smyma,TN USA. So I'm truly sorry but this is a totally different group than this one in Utah.. My mistake... :-( Pete :-(
Further update on this. I just looked at my Mastercard Statement and see that the charge "WAS" listed as this Here-Maps-Moduslink, UT, USA. Now I'm a bit confused cause the product can from TN, along with the invoice I mentioned, but on my Mastercard statement, it is paid to this Company in Utah. Needless to say, now I'm confused. Mastercard is currently checking a couple of "other" unrelated charges on my card for me, but also mentioned this too. When I hear back from them regarding same,I will update here once again.
