I also got this charge on may 21st 2016... and I don't see a trace of any such transaction on my paypal account summary. Fraud?
Wait! I got it!!! It's ATELIERS & SAVEURS... culinary courses. Not a fraud. It's ok! It was paid through my wife's card and didn't know about it.
