I just checked with my credit card and they confirmed it was a charge to get my boating licence.
No idea what this charge is
My son had is boating licence
I came to find out after I had the same charge, but we did get our Canadian Boating Licence, so that must be it.
Was taken off guard as I did not do my boating exam in Gatineau . Made a quick research and found out that I am not the only one who was surprised by NBSS-INSN charged . It's all good but these acronyms are crazy ;)
