This appears to be the name and current city of a taxi driver in the GTA. I was worried, but the amount and date lined up with a taxi ride I took from downtown Toronto to my parent's house. My guess is the credit card / debit machine is in his name instead of the taxi company's.
The charge showed up on my AMEX statement too but I can recall that I took a ride.
