It's the Ministry of Government Services (MGS) and the Ministry of Finance (MOF). If you had to pay for any type of Government of Ontario service, this is how it would appear.
I have no idea what this charge is. My account was charged $324.93
I have a charge under mgcs client serv br dep Oshawa ON for $337.60 on a business account. We have no record of this charge or any idea what it could be for. Any ideas??

Why I am charged for this
I had the same charge on my credit card bill. it was from paying on line for my license plate sticker for my pickup truck.
on mine it is a payment for CVOR charges my ministry for our commercial truck
this charge is for people with commercial plates, ect. on their vehicles.
During Covid we were not able to pay for our company plates for our dump trucks, they sent us a bill/fine. When you pay this fine/bill online that is how it looks on statements.
