Depending on the amount it is for a subscription through apple that you pay for. Example: Apple Play, increased storage, recurring monthly app charge.

It's for an app charge- I just saw mine and it's for a scanner app that I subscribe for. It's the first time I've seen "Bill Cupertino" associated with the charge, though. Check all of your apps for monthly charges that are applied automatically and turn them off.
