I wasn't sure what this was either but after some searching we found it was legitimate charges from when we extended our car warranty. No where does it show on our receipt this name so it was only the total that helped us figure it out.
As James said, I think it is for an extended car warranty. We got an EV and decided on getting a better warranty to cover the electronics, so I think this is what that is.
