I have someone wanting to charge my bank card $95.98 Who is this? IVR-Lime Jamaica. Kingston. 5 JM
I received said charge on my account. No real explanation for the charge.

I received a message appearing to be from Flow about payments for my internet. I decided to click on the link to pay the bill. Surprisingly, the money never went to Flow. I was charged $165.40 US on my credit card.
I NCB credit card was charged for a flow top up but it was declined. I immediately called the bank to report this unauthorised transaction and they shut down the credit card. The following day I see the same Flow top up charge and one that says IVR-Lime (Jamaica) on my visa debit for $2000 and $1250 approved this time, and they tried again for another sum but the other sun was declined.
Tried to charge 9.78 pounds from my account.Happily it was empty
