Yes they are negative billing and bilking consumers. I have received charges to my VISA since 2015 monthly and got nothing at all for this. AVOID THEM. Can't complain on line because their Postal Code doesn't register. BBB cannot deal with Quebec from Canada...go figure...If I could find out who owns them I will take legal action .
My 98 yr old mother Emma Kukujuk has had this charge on her account for 2 years..unfortunately I was not looking at her spending. She had no idea how it happened and she did not know how to stop it. I will remove it Mon July 15,2019. Herta Barron..her daughter

I received an email stating a monthly charge will start July 12, 2022 in the amount of $19.95. what is this for cause I never signed up for anything plus there is a charge oI don't recognize where it is from on June 12 in the amount of $1301 at a place called deluxe restroom. It is an unauthorized charge. I demand answers now

I have this charge but no idea what it is for. I have reported this as a fraud charge
Charge on my credit card for $19.95 - called the 1-800-940-3104 that was on my statement beside their name and "Gina" said that it was a monthly subscription that I only had 30 days to cancel which started on May 31st. They would not reverse the transaction - reported to my credit card company as well. I did not authorize this or sign up for any subscription and she said "check your emails".

Why did this charge appear on my credit card
I had been charge of 19,95 without any purchase or services received
I checked my credit card statement to find a charge for 19.95 from Holiday Savings Online ;I did not purchase anything from them nor did I recognize them;I tried calling them of course the telephone number was not in service;so I contacted my credit card company they took the info and are going to send me a new card I just hope that charge is not there anymore their phone number is 416-766-6616 how do these people get our info,I am so tired of all this. I called the number on the website of Holiday Savings Online to try to find out what the $19.95 charge was on my last two charge card statement. My call was answered quickly and my "membership" was immediately cancelled. When I said I didn't recall any previous contact with Holiday Savings Online, I was assured it had all come by email and that I should check that. If I had received any email from them, it most probably would have gone to "Junk". So they managed to put the blame on me for not checking my email! At least she was very pleasant and helpful.
