I got the same line in my CC bill. It was a vendor event. They came to the Rogers' office in Brampton and were selling some clothes, sunglasses, purses etc. I also could not recall what it was until found this http://www.gbmsales.ca/

A pop up vendor which sells sunglasses - can't tell if these are great fakes or real. Poor customer service, owner said when asked to exchange an unused product, 'Not my fault you impulse bought' BUYER BEWARE
