Apparently this is $^%*. My boyfriend tells me the 5.95 charge we got was an intro charge, and he cancelled the subscription before the 111.95 yearly charge hit. It's called File Keeper Server so girlfriends/wives don't find out what it is. :)
It seems they take the credit card number when you go to certain unsafe website if you never signed up for those stuff. it means you are "Hacked". You have to make sure run Anti-viruse on your device. if you have smartfone go do factory reset. i canceled my card today for same reason.

Come on people. Stop reporting every company YOU have registered and forgot as fraud. Use the internet.. it's related to a company called keep2share and you have paid for a premium service and you agreed to their T&C's.
