Larry Bonar 1/25/2019— found a fraudulent charge against my Visa card in the amount of $24.90, and a charge off $9.95. On 1/09/2019. I’ve visited my bank shortly after the discovery of these charges, and file paperwork with my bank to either recover or help a Denna five Docwellness Inc.. I later called dark well, which is located in Florida or at least that’s the exchange for the one 800 number they gave. The customer service operator who answered the phone refused to give me a business address or further contact information for this company. She asked if I wanted to look up my account and I ask her to tell me what she had she gave me my mailing address and the date of birth to Stabley Schmidt which was 9 January 2019. I am also aware through further research that this company ,phishes information from Robo calls, Internet, and any other source that can obtain your phone number or personal information. The modus operandi of their scheme includes calling the individual, and the first thing they ask when you pick up the phone, “can you hear me this enables them to transcribe or record your response of a yes or no. If the answer you give his “yes “, they edit the video recording and paste it in to another recording which they use use the word yes to confirm your consent to sign up for their services. The services this lady described to me was heavy discounts for medical prescriptions and other related services. Tomorrow I am going to revisit my bank in person, and then I’m going to contact the Washington state attorney general parentheses Friday and parentheses, and record my complaint with them. Hopefully the Washington AG will be able to coordinate and collaborate with other complaints, to get this funny business shut down.
