I saw this on my mastercard and finally found that CPC/SCP is "Canada Post Corporation" and the SCP is the French equivalent. If you sent a parcel or express letter, this will be what displays.

I do not recognize this transaction and i have been charged $4.66 every single time i have used my RBC Credit Card. I am gonna close my account with RBC. Big Fraud by Credit Card companies.
