I have experienced fraudulent use of my credit card by Cloud Nine Events Langley - Jamie Gartner being the owner of this event company. The original charge was for attending (as a vendor) the Langley Wine and Food Show. However, subsequent charges (x3) were processed on my credit card and I have pursued legal action after no resolution with this company. The mother of Jamie, was also active in the company (despite being legally not allowed by court order from Ontario from previous fraud conviction) and who has recently been sentenced to 9 months in jail for her most recent (recurring) fraud activities. I strongly suggest you let the RCMP know as well as BBB. Hope this was helpful?
